Server log files

Web analytics with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-compliant web analytics service, on this website. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Plausible is self-hosted on our own infrastructure (analytics.telden.eu); no data is transmitted to third parties. Retention: aggregated statistics are stored indefinitely; no personal evaluation of individual visits.

Hosting and infrastructure

This website is operated on its own server infrastructure in the EU. For authentication and data storage, we use Supabase, which is also self-hosted on our own infrastructure (api.telden.eu). No transfer of your data to Supabase Inc. or other third-party providers abroad takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract).

AI-assisted document processing (OpenRouter)

For registered users, we offer AI-assisted functions that automatically analyse uploaded product documents and generate improvement suggestions. For this purpose, text contents of the uploaded documents and product data are transmitted to OpenRouter, Inc. (openrouter.ai, USA) as a data processor and processed there using large language models (LLMs).

Purpose: automated extraction of structured fields and creation of solution proposals to support product data management.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract) in conjunction with the data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Third-country transfer (USA): The transfer is made on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCC, Implementing Decision 2021/914/EU). Please also check whether OpenRouter has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF): https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/. Retention: input prompts and AI outputs are stored in our own database for audit purposes for up to 12 months. No data is permanently stored at OpenRouter (no training use without separate agreement).

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Right to information

You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored with us at any time, free of charge (Art. 15 GDPR).

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR).

Right to erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, provided the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR are met.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR).

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR). This right exists if the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out using automated means.

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 (1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). If processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time without giving specific reasons.

Right to withdraw consent

Where processing is based on consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
