The product safety workbench for EU sellers.
The product safety workbench for EU sellers. Telden helps teams collect product safety documents, organize them by product, and know what is missing.
Telden Product Service Desk helps EU merchants who sell physical goods online turn scattered supplier documents, catalog imports and AI-extracted facts into auditable compliance dossiers: per SKU, with evidence linked to source. Review, approve, and publish to every channel from one place.

Who it's for
Find yourself here. Pick the path that fits.
Small online seller or founder-operator
You sell physical products online in the EU. 20 to 100 SKUs across a handful of suppliers. Compliance is one of many things on your plate — and right now it's mostly email, spreadsheets, and hope.
I don't have time to chase supplier PDFs for every SKU.
- Biggest frustration
- 15 to 30 minutes per SKU to collect and transcribe supplier data. Same data re-entered per channel. No confidence that anything is complete enough.
- When it becomes urgent
- Marketplace enforcement notice, catalog growing past 50 SKUs, or an authority audit request.

The problem
Compliance data lives in four broken places today.
Product safety operations still rely on spreadsheets, shared drives and tribal knowledge. That breaks as soon as your catalog grows or an authority asks for evidence.
"Which version of the declaration is current?" — nobody knows for sure.
Scattered sources, no version control.
Same data, entered six times. Once per channel.
Repeated rework without an audit trail.
Who approved this? Answer: We're not sure.
Weak auditability when it matters.
Safety page is live. The evidence is in an inbox.
Publishing risk from missing linkage.
See the evidence. The audit trail as a product feature.
Every field in Telden links back to its source document and page. Every change is logged. The full audit trail is exportable on demand — here is what that actually looks like.
Dossier export
Every SKU gets a structured dossier with linked evidence, resolved compliance fields, and export options. Here is what one looks like before export.

What would Telden concretely save your team?
The moment you want to avoid
A market surveillance authority requests technical documentation for 20 SKUs.
Without structured records, your team spends 3–5 days locating documents from inboxes, shared drives, and supplier emails — often finding gaps only after the deadline has passed.
With Telden
Same request. Answer in minutes.
Every SKU links directly to its evidence. One export. One ZIP. Sent before the deadline.
What happens when the spreadsheet stops working
Four failure modes that cost real money.
These are not edge cases. They are predictable patterns that surface as soon as your catalog grows, your supplier documents change, or an authority asks for evidence.
The spreadsheet says compliant. The documents don't back it up.
A green cell is an assertion, not evidence. When a market surveillance authority asks for the Declaration of Conformity, they want the document, not the cell. As your catalog grows, the gap between what the spreadsheet claims and what the documents actually prove widens silently.
See how Telden links evidence to every SKU →Documents drift. Nobody notices until it matters.
Suppliers send updated certificates. Someone saves a new version in a different folder. Six months later, the person who knew where everything was has left. Nobody can say with confidence which version is current — or whether it still applies to every product it was meant to cover.
Compare structured records vs shared drives →Anyone can change anything. Nobody can prove who did what.
A spreadsheet has no review workflow, no approval gates, and no audit trail. A cell gets updated by someone at some point. When an authority asks who approved this product, the honest answer is often: we are not sure.
Telden vs spreadsheets: review and audit →Authority asks on Friday. You assemble documents until Tuesday.
A market surveillance authority requests technical documentation for 20 randomly selected SKUs. With manual processes, documents are scattered across email inboxes, shared drives, and local folders. Assembly takes days. Under GPSR, the clock is already ticking.

Structured dossiers, even with gaps
Clear what's-missing-next hints for incomplete records.
Export to every channel
One record, every format: safety page, PDF, CSV, JSON.
Built for messy data
Your suppliers send whatever they have. The import handles it.
CSV dumps with mixed encodings, Excel files with merged cells, semicolons where commas should be, garbled German characters from twice-saved UTF-8. Telden's import parser is built for the files you actually receive, not the ones a spec says you should get.

Your supplier PDFs are not a safety dossier. A folder of certificates won't answer an authority request — but a structured dossier will.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Is Telden a legal service or compliance consultant?
No. Telden is the product safety workbench for EU sellers. It helps you organize, structure, and manage the product safety data your team needs to work with. It does not give legal advice, does not act as your responsible person, and does not replace qualified legal counsel for complex compliance questions.
Where is my data hosted?
Telden is hosted on EU infrastructure. Your product data, supplier documents, and dossiers are stored within the EU. AI-powered extraction features use OpenRouter (US) as a processor under Standard Contractual Clauses. Document text is sent for analysis but not used for model training. See our privacy policy for full details.
How long does it take to get started?
A typical import of a simple CSV catalog takes under 10 minutes. Exports with many GPSR columns or custom attributes may take longer to map. You can upload supplier documents immediately after. Most teams have their first reviewed SKUs within an hour of onboarding.
What if my supplier documents are in poor quality or non-standard formats?
AI extraction works best with text-based PDFs. OCR support for scanned documents is available for common formats. Where extraction confidence is low, the system surfaces the gap for human review rather than silently guessing.
Can I use Telden alongside my existing shop system or marketplace tools?
Yes. Telden works alongside your shop system. It stores and manages product safety data, then exports to CSV, JSON, or PDF for use in any channel. It does not replace your shop system. It gives your shop system clean, reviewed data to work with.
Do I need technical expertise to set up Telden?
No. Telden is self-serve, browser-based software. CSV import is the primary onboarding path. An API is available on the Pro plan for teams with technical integration needs, but it is not required.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your product records, dossiers, and documents before cancelling. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no further charges.
Does Telden cover regulations beyond GPSR?
The current focus is GPSR (EU 2023/988) because that is where the operational pain is most acute for e-commerce sellers. Support for REACH, EUDR, and other EU product regulations is on the roadmap. Contact us if your use case involves specific additional frameworks.
What will Telden cost after early access?
Planned pricing starts at €49/mo for Starter (up to 50 SKUs), €149/mo for Growth (up to 500 SKUs), and €299/mo for Pro (up to 10,000 SKUs). During early access, all features are free with no credit card required. Early-access users will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.
Is it worth paying for if I already have a spreadsheet?
It depends on your catalog size and how often it changes. For a small, stable catalog under 50 SKUs with well-organized documents, a spreadsheet can work. Once you are managing ongoing document updates, multi-channel publishing, or authority requests for hundreds of products, the manual effort adds up to 10–40+ hours per month, far more than the cost of a Telden subscription.
How much time does Telden actually save?
It depends on your workflow, but here are typical estimates: AI extraction reduces per-document review from ~20 minutes to ~3 minutes. Multi-channel export replaces ~10 minutes of manual reformatting per SKU per channel. Authority request responses go from hours of document gathering to a single export. A compliance team managing 200–500 SKUs typically reclaims 10–40 hours per month.
How many users can I add to each plan?
Starter includes 1 user. Growth includes up to 5 users. Pro includes up to 20 users. Additional users on Growth and Pro cost €29 and €19 per user per month respectively. Enterprise seat terms are agreed case by case.
What is demo data and how do I remove it?
Demo data is sample SKUs, companies, and documents that we automatically add to new workspaces so you can explore the app. All demo items are clearly labeled. You can remove them at any time from Settings → Demo Data by clicking "Clear all demo data".
